Electro Discharge Machining (EDM Sinker) is used to create a feature using an electrode made from either copper or graphite. The process is used to form difficult to machine features that can not be reached or created with conventional manufacturing methods and tooling.

We utilize machines with full C-axis capability as well as multi axis CNC mills to make the electrodes in our ISO:13485 facility.

Over twenty years of experience is available to answer any questions you may have about this specialized process. Recommendations can be made for electrodes, materials and timeframes for delivery.
